OUR STORY

Poured two blocks from the fog line

Cedar Loop started in 2021 in a converted garage on Cedar Street, when Marisol Tran began pouring soy candles as gifts for neighbors and ran out of jars within a week. Every candle is still hand-poured in San Carlos in batches of two dozen, using American-grown soy wax, cotton wicks, and a scent library built from walks up Big Canyon Trail.

No fragrance oil goes into a candle until it has passed the porch test: burned on our own porch, on a foggy night, until it smells like coming home.
